HOW IT WORK

At Get Out Bail Bond, our local bondsman are available round-the-clock to help you and your loved ones. Being a 24/7 bail agency, we’re you can trust us with your bailing needs.
An individual who has been arrested needs to be booked. It could take this process anywhere from 45 minutes to several hours. The person, commonly referred to as the defendant, may post bail and be released until a court date for the arraignment hearing is set after the judge determines the bond's amount. The purpose of bail is to guarantee that the defendant will appear before the court. Our bail bonds agents assure the judge that they will reimburse the entire bond sum if the defendant fails to appear in court.
To post a bond with a bonding company, you need a cosigner. A cosigner, usually a friend or relative, will sign a contract with the bonding company assuring financial liability if a defendant misses all planned court dates.
The cosigner must surrender the defendant to the bonding agency if the defendant fails to appear in court or ask for the case to be reopened. If the defendant escapes, the cosigner is liable for paying the entire bail sum. The bonding company will subsequently transfer the funds to the courts.
